A Westminster Shots for Tots and Teens Clinic will be held on April 25 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (or until capacity is reached) at 1401 W. 122nd Ave., Suite 200, Westminster, CO 80234.Serving uninsured, Medicaid, and CHP+ clients. Unable to see patients with Kaiser and private insurances.
No appointment is necessary. Please bring your vaccination record.
