F3 Chaminwood, in partnership with The Third F Foundation, is hosting The HUGS & Ks 5K Run/Walk + Kid’s Fun Run on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Cene’s Four Seasons Park in Shorewood.The event is designed to be a fun, family-friendly way to bring the community together while supporting a meaningful local cause. All proceeds from HUGS & Ks will be donated to Shorewood HUGS, which supports local students by awarding 12 scholarships of $1,000 each to students at Minooka High School, Plainfield South, Joliet West, Joliet Central, Joliet Catholic Academy, and Providence Catholic.
Walkers, strollers, and families are welcome. The 5k entry fee includes a race shirt.
