The Shop Small kick-off event will be held starting at 10 a.m. at the NEW Parking Garage at 502 S Main St., and the first 600 shoppers will receive a free canvas tote bag to use for shopping. Participating retailers and restaurants will have holiday shopping and dining specials available.The Small Business Saturday event is co-sponsored by the Georgetown Main Street Program, the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, Preservation Georgetown, and the Downtown Georgetown Associations.
As part of the celebration, don’t miss the Shop Small Saturday Passport Program! Pick up your passport at the Georgetown Art Center and visit all participating businesses around the Square. Each business will stamp your passport on their designated page as you shop and explore. Once you’ve collected all your stamps, cast your votes for your favorite businesses in the following categories:
• Most Beautiful Windows on the Square
• Best Holiday Spirit
• Most Creative
Return your completed passport to the Visitor Center on the Square by Saturday, December 6, for a chance to win a gift basket filled with goodies from participating businesses!
