It’s finally here !!! Join us for our first ever SHOLVER RIVER STICK RACE (yes you read that right, on the May Sunday Stroll we'll be playing POOHSTICKS !! ✨🍯🧸 Don't miss out!!!)
We’ve been hard at work planning this one, think river surveys, stick trials, much muddy scrambling! We’re excited to show you what we’ve found - a beautiful babbling brook weaving through a lush meadow valley we’d bet our sticks you’ve never ventured to.
We’ll be getting together at the Community Centre entrance at 1pm then heading out to the river. Don’t miss the boat! 🚤🤭
Craft yourself the perfect stick to race, come along and meet friends and neighbours, stretch your legs and get out in nature, find out whose float is the fastest, and maybe even WIN A PRIZE!!

All ages, families, and dogs on leads are all welcome. We are a warm and friendly group and members support each other along Sunday Stroll routes. This route has some mud and stiles so please come in suitable footwear! Meet at the community centre car park at 1pm. We can't wait to walk with you!
