About this Event
The Sholem Community's non-religious cultural celebration of Passover acknowledges the holiday’s origins as a spring festival and honors the tradition of “Exodus” as a symbolic tale of freedom. This popular communal event to which the public, especially families with kids, is invited and especially welcomed, will feature readings from Sholem’s secular family Hagada; community potluck luncheon; singing & musical accompaniment, with plenty of opportunities for children to participate.
In addition to humanistic observances of Jewish holidays, Sholem offers an inclusive secular Sunday school, Bar and Bat Mitzvah programs, and events for all generations.
More info at www.sholem.org or (310) 984-6935.
