Join us for an amazing day of wellness, relaxation and mindfulness. We would like to invite you to join us at Shoalstone for a series of activities throughout the day. You will have the chance to try Yoga, Tai-Chi, Sound Bath Therapy, creative art sessions, dance, mindfulness walks, Cold water therapy and much more !We will also be taking bookings for our program of wellness events for the season with our lovely group of wellness hosts.
This is a free event, no need to book. Just come along and join in. Refreshments will be available at Shoals restaurant and kiosk.
