Do you want to improve your coordination, posture, resilience, and general health?
If so, please join me for energising Tai Chi sessions in a stunning location.
The gentle-one- hour classes are suitable for all adults with a reasonable level of fitness and may also benefit those living with chronic health conditions.
We will learn the basic principles of Chen style Tai Chi and begin to practice the first Tai Chi 'form.' Classes are non-competitive, fun, and relaxing - Regular attendance is encouraged for maximum benefits!
Tai Chi is an internal martial art sometimes described as " meditation or " medicine" in motion.
I am an instructor member of The Tai Chi and Qigong Union for Great Britain and have taught in both the UK and Africa.
