Shlomo Franklin is an American singer/songwriter born on a small cow farm in upstate New York. Raised off the cultural grid, without music, television, or radio, his songs are strongly influenced by his cult-like religious upbringing. Shlomo released his debut album in 2019 which was produced by Grammy Award winner C Lanzbom and released a double album follow up from his now Nashville, TN home. Franklin has opened up for Jakob Dylan and The Wallflowers and shared festivals with The Nude Party and The Bones of JR Jones. His songs seem just as comfortable in front of a crowd of two thousand as they are in a living room house concert. Shlomo sees himself as a bare bones troubadour and is stubbornly trendless.
Hello June is known for their intimate and dynamic performances. Their shows range from quiet, song-focused intimate experiences to emotionally driven rock. Led by songwriter Sarah Rudy, Hello June has been steadily making waves with their last 3 album releases, receiving noteworthy praise from NPR, No Depression, Paste Magazine, and more. “...there’s an overall sense of resilience and perseverance coursing through Hello June’s music that’s as undeniable as it is irresistible.” Atwood Magazine
Kathryn Brooks is a singer-songwriter based here in Louisville, Kentucky. Her ambition is to write honest songs that capture a range of emotions and stories both lived and learned. With a voice unique to itself and yet harkening those of 60s and 70s folk/country singers, Brooks accompanies herself with simple acoustic guitar–though she can also be heard live with her half-Louisville half-Chicago based band. Her latest single “6:15” is an example of the blending of these worlds and she looks forward to putting out another collection of songs in the coming year.
