Most human cells are actually bacteria, so is it any wonder things have gone poorly? The only solution is to return EVERY DAY to that place that unifies body and mind in ways that the yoga studio just can't. It's where you consolidate yourself, where you console yourself, where you digest yourself, where you compose and de-compose yourself.
