Rooted in Japanese tradition, Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) is the practice of slow, mindful immersion in nature to reduce stress and boost wellbeing.
Join Helen, a trained guide, for this 90-minute taster session within the tranquil gardens of Wollaton Park. Through a series of gentle "invitations" and mindful activities, you’ll learn to engage all your senses and connect deeply with the living world around you.
