Shimmies & Layering :)We will be learning new shimmies and practicing the ones we already know, then we will start the layering.
Slowly but surely adding other body/dance movements while still keeping our shimmies going strong!
Adding hands, arms, shoulders, other hip movements and traveling steps... It will be a challenge but also a fun learning experience. You will recognize what your body is ready for and the places that still need a lil work.
Beginner Friendly.
All levels are welcome
