About this Event
How might we create a format for engaged, authentic conversation and discussion, even when we are coming to the conversation with different expectations?
This workshop & the lessons learned will be relevant for Board members, staff, anyone connecting with community and those in leadership roles -- for people who need to have conversations with different perspectives and different expressions of power in the room.
This intereactive fun workshop will be experiential, responsive to interest, and include a resource list. You will leave with ideas and techniques you can try in your next gatherings and with additional things to watch out for in your next converation.
