SHIFTED: Free trauma informed yoga for healing and strength
Join us for SHIFTED, a free trauma-informed yoga series designed to cultivate strength, confidence, and emotional release through mindful movement. This in-person event will take place in San Diego.This class is curated for the BIPOC community in mind (yet all are welcome), offering a safe and supportive space to reconnect with the body and breath.
Led by experienced trauma-informed instructors, each session will guide you through grounding postures, strength-building flows, and intentional pauses for deeper awareness. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, you are welcome to come as you are.
This experience is powered by More Life Liquid, with refreshments provided to nourish and replenish after class. Space is limited and intimate, so be sure to RSVP to secure your spot.
