Life’s transitions do not simply change our circumstances.
They reshape our identity, purpose, relationships, work, and the way we move through the world.
The Room Between is an intimate evening for women navigating the space between who they’ve been and who they are becoming — and exploring how we move through transition consciously, courageously, and toward unapologetic thriving.
Many women are carrying invisible transitions.
Some are navigating changes in career, identity, relationships, motherhood, health, purpose, or aging.
Some are questioning lives that look successful on paper but no longer feel fully aligned.
Some are standing in the space between what once fit and what is now calling them forward.
And often, there are very few spaces where women can honestly explore what it means to become again.
The Room Between was created for that space.
This is not a networking event.
Not a traditional speaker event.
Not a performative women’s empowerment gathering.
It is an intentional evening of reflection, conversation, connection, and community for women navigating life’s transitions.
Together, we will explore:
• identity shifts and reinvention
• success versus alignment
• burnout and becoming
• work and purpose transitions
• fear, courage, and self-trust
• what it means to thrive unapologetically in a new season of life
The evening will include guided conversation, reflection, and intentional connection designed to create space not just for inspiration — but for recognition, honesty, and meaningful dialogue.
