About this Event
Looking for a new way to relax, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body?
Join us for a calming evening of guided meditation, mindful rope practice, breathwork, and nervous system relaxation. This unique wellness experience blends meditation techniques, somatic awareness, and intentional rope movement to help participants slow down, improve focus, and cultivate a deeper sense of grounding and presence.
Approached through a gentle and educational lens, this class explores how rhythm, structure, breath, and repetitive movement can support stress relief, mindfulness, body awareness, and emotional regulation. Using rope as a grounding tool, participants will explore simple techniques designed to encourage relaxation, focus, and connection to the present moment.
We will also introduce concepts related to fascia, tension and release, posture, breath awareness, and the body’s natural relaxation response — helping participants better understand how mindful movement and sensory awareness can support overall well-being.
