Georgina Holt is a Shiatsu practitioner based in the Soma Rooms in Chepstow. Shiatsu is a somatic (body work) therapy based in the same tradition as acupuncture that can support people with a range of physical and emotional issues.She will be sharing some techniques for self care such as acupressure points, gentle movement/qi gong and breath work/guided meditation.
