About this Event
SheroCon is back for its fourth year! Join us for a free, family-friendly celebration of women in comics, gaming, film, manga/anime, and creative technology on Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 12pm - 6pm at the Valley Relics Museum in Van Nuys.
Founded by award-winning multimedia company Shero Comics, SheroCon was created as a day to celebrate women who have found success in the worlds of comics, film, gaming, and creative tech while inspiring the next generation of creators and storytellers. This family-friendly event is open to everyone who loves Shero’s and wants to celebrate the women shaping fandom and entertainment culture.
This year’s event will feature the return of the Shero Alley with an incredible lineup of creators, artists, authors, and entrepreneurs, along with our “Your Favorite Shero” Cosplay Contest, celebrating the powerful women and girls who inspire us across pop culture.

Featuring female executives from major studios and production companies discussing the future of entertainment and what it takes to succeed in Hollywood.
WOMEN WHO RUN THE GAME
A conversation with the Shero’s behind some of your favorite video games and the growing role women are playing in shaping the gaming industry.
SHOJO: WHERE MY GIRLS AT IN MANGA AND ANIME
A discussion exploring manga, anime, female fandom, and the important role women play in shaping the genre and its future.
Whether you’re a fan, aspiring creator, gamer, artist, or simply someone who loves seeing women thrive in entertainment and creative culture, SheroCon is a place where creativity, culture, and community come together.
