“The game is afoot…”Step into the shadowy world of Victorian London for an evening of intrigue, intellect and indulgence at our Sherlock Holmes–themed Murder Mystery Dinner.
On Friday 20 March, from 6.30pm, you are invited to don your detective’s hat and put your powers of deduction to the test as a mysterious crime unfolds around you.
Following the apparent deaths of Sherlock Holmes and his greatest adversary, Professor James Moriarty, at the Reichenbach Falls in Switzerland, Dr John Watson has returned to England. Awaiting him is a letter from his old friend — containing a cryptic message, a wedding ring, and a chilling quote from Shakespeare.
The note names a place, a time, and a warning.
Dr Watson arrives as instructed… only to find himself caught in the middle of a wake for the victim of an unsolved murder. Appearances deceive, fortunes are questionable, and not everything that glitters is gold.
Can you uncover the truth before the final secret is revealed?
As Sherlock Holmes himself once said, “It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data.” Observe carefully, listen closely and trust your instincts — every detail matters.
Will you spot the red herrings? Can you separate fact from fiction? And, most importantly… can you solve the case before dessert is served?
