SheRises - A women's circle of sharing and experiencing

SheRises Circle is a reflective community space for women to pause, connect, and explore the realities of everyday life together.

Many women carry multiple roles - daughter, partner, mother, professional, caregiver, often holding responsibilities and emotional burdens that go unseen. This circle offers a gentle space to slow down, reflect, and be heard without judgement.

Through guided conversations, reflective activities, and shared stories, participants are invited to explore themes such as identity, stress, relationships, belonging, and emotional wellbeing.

This is not a workshop or lecture, but a community circle where healing happens through connection, reflection, and shared humanity.

Whether you come to speak or simply listen, you are welcome.

About the facilitator:

Azlitah Jaffar is a counsellor and the founder of The Mosaic Roots Project, a community initiative that creates reflective spaces for individuals to explore identity, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and life transitions.

With over a decade of experience in counselling and community work, Azlitah believes that healing and growth often happen in safe, supportive spaces where people can share their stories and feel understood.

Through The Mosaic Roots Project, she facilitates reflective circles and community conversations that encourage self-awareness, compassion, and connection.
