Sherbet Lemon is designed to refresh mind, body and spirit. Expect feel-good movement, soothing spa time, creativity you do not need to be “good at”, and gentle practices that help you soften tension and reconnect with what brings you energy, ease and joy.
It is a retreat with a lightness to it, but plenty of depth too. You will leave feeling clearer, more present, and properly nourished.

- Mindful art workshop - A 90-minute session where you will create your own abstract watercolour piece using a vibrant range of yellow tones to capture the theme of the day. Working in gentle, meditative circles, you will layer washes of colour before adding playful doodles and details. No artistic experience needed, just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and let the process of creativity soothe your mind. A lovely way to explore mindfulness and loosen the grip of perfectionism.
Joanne Sumner is a Transpersonal Therapist, Trainer and Retreat Facilitator. Her retreats are known for being warm, grounded and deeply restorative, blending mindful practice, gentle movement, and supportive reflection to help you reset and return to what feels steady and true.
