This is a weekend workshop to share in rituals and witnessing. To let go of the past and make peace with the parts of ourselves that need reconciliation, love and acceptance. We will honor the past, harvest the medicine of our lessons and find freedom in bringing more of ourselves home into our hearts. It’s also a space to gather as a community and feel the strength we gain from opening to life together with all that we are.We will explore this though somatic movement, self inquiry, and Family Constellations and guided relaxation.
These processes allow us to connect with the hidden, unconscious and ancestral threads impacting our life, love and relationships.
