Celebrate the holiday season with a festive four-course dinner at Shearn’s Seafood & Prime Steaks.Start with a creamy roasted garlic soup topped with honey, balsamic reduction, leeks, and double cream, followed by a chopped romaine and radicchio salad with pomegranate vinaigrette, shaved Parmesan, pine nuts, and orange segments.
For the entrée, choose between herb-crusted prime rib with béarnaise and creamy horseradish or slow-roasted leg of lamb with butternut squash purée and rosemary jus. Finish the evening with a delicious apple cranberry torte drizzled with toffee.
The regular Shearn’s menu will also be available. Tickets are $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
