On the eve of Summer Solstice, we will come together to ignite our INNER SPARK. We'll meet to move, dance, breathe, rest, connect and remember.

I’m creating a space for you in which you'll EXPERIENCE just that.
This 3-hour journey is an invitation to reconnect with the FIRE within you that:
- makes you feel ALIVE
- fills you with ENERGY
- gives you a sense of DIRECTION and INNER POWER
- connects you to the LIFE FORCE flowing through your body
- connects you to your deep knowing, intuition and wisdom
A fire that has been there all this time but laid dormant.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This mini retreat is a space to energise, reconnect, and feel at home in your body and its wisdom.
Through breathwork, simple movement, and free-form dance, we’ll gently explore the energy, wisdom, and ignite alchemy which lives in every woman’s body.
You don’t need to be a “dancer” — there’s no choreography, no right or wrong way to move. Just you, your breath, your body, and the space to listen.
We'll wind down with a restorative sound bath to help you integrate the experience.
We'll close in a circle and enjoy a refreshing drink and homemade raw chocolates.
