Arrival + Landing

Opening Circle + Cacao Ceremony
We gather to welcome the space, honor the land, and connect with the spirit of the Aries New Moon. Through a heart-opening cacao blessing and fire intention ritual, you’ll call in courage, ignition, and new beginnings.
Heart-Opening Vinyasa Flow
An empowering, fluid practice focused on the heart, solar plexus, spine, and legs. Expect to build inner fire while staying deeply connected to breath. We close in grounding stillness.
Free Time + Sacred Reset
Sauna. Hot tub. Cold plunge. Connection encouraged.
Time for contrast therapy (fire + water), journaling, nature walks, or quiet embodiment. Integration happens in the pauses.

A nourishing, grounding meal shared in community.
Sunset Fire + Womb Embodiment Workshop
Gathered around the outdoor fire, we move into release and reclamation. Through guided womb and body-based embodiment practices, journaling, and a fire release ritual, you’ll shed what no longer serves and call your truth forward.
Guided Meditation + Reiki Sound Bath (Yurt)
Guided meditation and extended Reiki-infused sound bath. Deep integration. Nervous system restoration. Spaciousness.
Tea Ceremony + Closing Circle
We close gently with herbal tea and quiet connection.
