She Speaks was founded by Dr. Tiffany Thornton, Mrs. American 2025, a survivor who hid her story of domestic violence and sexual assault for over a decade. What began as her personal journey of breaking silence has grown into a faith-based movement that helps women and children heal loudly and live freely.

Through workshops, curriculum, and community outreach, She Speaks teaches children how to set, keep, and defend boundaries, and equips mothers to share their own stories without shame—because generational healing begins with truth.

Dr. Tiffany also addresses the ripple effects that often follow abuse—medical gaslighting, financial illiteracy, and chronic illness—helping survivors rebuild confidence in every area of life. She teaches practical advocacy skills: how to read contracts, ask the right questions at a doctor’s office, and understand how trauma impacts the body’s ability to heal or harm itself.

At its core, She Speaks exists to restore voice, dignity, and discernment—to help women and children rise from survival to strength and transform pain into purpose.
