SHE Means Business, an inspiring evening in Dayton celebrating Women’s History Month that's designed to empower women through entrepreneurship, strategy, and community connection. Co-hosted by the Women's Business Center of Greater Dayton and the Greater West Dayton Incubator , this interactive program will guide participants through hands-on sessions focused on business ownership, financial confidence, and the strength of women working with intention and purpose.

- Strategic Decision-Making Workshop – Our facilitator will help you identify opportunities, assess business potential, and build a confident roadmap.
- Building & Growing Your Venture – A guided activity focused on developing business ideas, leveraging resources, and planning for growth.
- Strength & Sustainability Lab – An energizing, skill-building experience emphasizing resilience, leadership capacity, and long-term business success.
This free community event also will feature heavy hors d'oeuvres, provided by a local small business, to fuel connection, conversation, and creativity.

The Economic & Community Development Institute's Women's Business Centers of Ohio guide individuals at any stage of the business process. Through one-on-one counseling sessions with WBC staff and volunteers, you can get the direction and resources to meet your goals. Business advisers want to help you successfully start a business, or grow and expand your existing business -- increasing revenue and creating jobs for the local economy.
The WBCs present training workshops regularly to provide access to small business knowledge at no charge. They are the only SBA-funded Women's Business Centers in the state.
