🎤 What to Prepare
Please prepare a 16-32-bar cut of a musical theatre song in the style of the show that highlights your vocal range. Please bring sheet music. No tracks will be used. An accompanist will be provided. Upon signup, you will receive a short dance combination to review before auditions.

Principal Characters
-Amalia Balash (Soprano, 25-35): Intelligent, charming, and slightly anxious. A newcomer to the shop who becomes the secret "Dear Friend" of Georg. She is passionate, romantic, and often competitive with Georg.
-Georg Nowack (Baritone, 30-40): An established, kind, and rather reserved employee at Maraczek’s. He is a hopeless romantic who is secretly writing to Amalia, unaware of her true identity.
-Ilona Ritter (Mezzo-Soprano, 20s-30s): A sexy, charming salesperson who has learned to be savvy in the game of love but desires something more meaningful. She is involved with Kodaly.
-Steven Kodaly (Baritone, 30s): The respected, handsome, and dapper head clerk. He is charming but ultimately a shallow womanizer.
-Mr. Maraczek (Baritone, 45-60): The strict but fair owner of the parfumerie. He is proud, traditional, and devoted to his wife.
Ladislav Sipos (Baritone, 40s-50s): A kind, pessimistic yet optimistic family man who works at the shop. He is Georg's mentor and loyal friend.
-Arpad Laszlo (Tenor/Baritone, 18-25): The ambitious, adorable delivery boy who dreams of becoming a salesperson.
Supporting & Ensemble Roles
Head Waiter (Tenor/Alto): An eccentric, comedic character who controls the chaotic restaurant scene.
-Keller (Non-singing): A mysterious private investigator hired by Mr. Maraczek. Will be part of the Ensemble
-Ensemble: Shoppers, café patrons, and carolers. Seeking 5 Men and 5 Women
