About She Is
Launched in 2020, She Is by Junior League of Orange County, CA (JLOCC) was created as a benchmark of empowerment, leadership, and connection for women in the community. This transformative event goes beyond the traditional conference format, offering a dynamic platform where women from diverse backgrounds come together to foster personal and professional growth. Each year, She Is adopts a new theme to reflect the ever-evolving journey of women and to keep the event dynamic, relevant, and deeply impactful.

- Engaging speakers: hear inspiring stories on our mainstage, and choose your own adventure through our interactive and educational breakout sessions.

The Junior League of Orange County, CA, is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Founded in 1956, JLOCC is passionately committed to promoting Gender Equality and empowering all women and girls by supporting local community partners including Girl Scouts of OC, Orangewood Foundation, and more.
