MODERATOR
Ally Mumm is the co-founder of USAN USAN, an organization dedicated to nurturing a vibrant ecosystem where artists, culinary creators and creative entrepreneurs stand at the center of innovation and prosperity. Its primary initiatives are Umbrella Art Fair and REDEYE Night Market.
In addition to her work with USAN USAN, Ally is the co-founder of The Good Neighbor, a brand strategy consultancy. Previously, she has served as the Head of Retail Marketing for Framebridge and led marketing efforts at EDENS and the Union Market District. She got her start in Marketing and Publishing for brands including West Elm, Designers Guild and Conde Nast in Washington, DC and London, where she grew up.

JESSICA LOGAN
Jessica Logan is a Northern Virginia-born multidisciplinary artist who harnesses the power of visual storytelling. Through deconstruction and reassembly of symbols and shapes, she crafts bold, thought-provoking mixed media works that ignite conversation and spark connection. Inspired by the organic networks of nature, Logan envisions her practice as a sprawling, interconnected ecosystem. Like the roots of a majestic tree, her creative process weaves together diverse influences and experiences. The artworks that emerge are like the trunk and branches, reaching outward to engage, inspire, and foster meaningful exchanges with the world around her. As a visual artist, Logan's mission is to cultivate a vibrant, inclusive community through her work – a lush jungle of creativity, connection, and mutual growth.
ROSE JAFFE
Rose Jaffe is a Washington, D.C. based visual artist, with mediums spanning mural painting, printmaking, and illustration. She has painted over 35 murals nationally and internationally, including over 25 in her hometown. She is dedicated to harnessing the power of art to spark conversation, build connection, and create social change.
JEN PAPE
Jen Pape is a Washington, DC, USA based artist exploring concepts of our collective identity utilizing abstract and iconographic forms. They specialize in powder coated steel sculpture and jewelry, and paintings to further echo out the possibilities any fractal form may take.
AUTUMN SPEARS
Autumn Spears (b. 1998) is a Washington, DC native whose art serves as a powerful medium for reimagining Black histories and diasporic narratives. In 2020 she received her BFA in Art Education from Albright College. In 2023, Spears held her inaugural solo exhibition, "Becoming," at the Freedman Gallery in Reading, Pennsylvania. Additionally, Spears’ work has been featured in local cultural institutions such as the MLK Memorial Library, Charles Sumner School, Anacostia Arts Center, and the Anacostia Community Museum.
