About this Event

She Climbs: Flow, Climb, Connect is your invitation to step out of your comfort zone, move your body, and connect with other women in a supportive, fun space.

Join She Flows Collective at Salt Pump Climbing in Portsmouth for an evening that blends grounding movement with playful exploration. We’ll start with a short yoga flow to stretch and warm up, then transition to the walls to boulder at your own pace. When you're not climbing, you can enjoy sitting on the mats connecting with new friends!

Whether it’s your first time or you already love climbing, this experience is designed to feel approachable, encouraging, and fun. There’s no pressure to perform—just space to move, experiment, and support one another.

For those who want to keep the evening going, join us for an optional group dinner at Vida Cantina just down the road.

Come solo or with a friend—you’ll leave feeling stronger, more connected, and maybe even a little more adventurous.

What You Can Expect

Yoga flow to stretch and warm up
Orientation of Salt Pump and basic introduction to climbing
