She CAN! Yoga + Bike Mechanics
Kick off the season feeling strong, confident, and ready to ride.
Join us for a SHE CAN morning designed to support women in movement, confidence, and practical skills—on and off the bike.
We’ll begin the morning with a 1-hour yoga flow surrounded by the beauty of Lake Katherine. This all-levels class will focus on strength, mobility, breath, and grounding—helping you connect to your body and set an empowered tone for the day.
At 9:00 AM, we’ll transition into Bike Mechanics 101 with Lotus 1 Multisport, where you’ll learn the essentials of getting your bike ready for spring and summer riding. This hands-on workshop will cover:
- Basic bike safety checks
- How to prepare your bike for the riding season
- Simple maintenance tips to keep your bike running smoothly all year
- Building confidence in caring for your own bike
From 9:00–10:00 AM, those who want to put their new knowledge into action are invited to join us for an optional outdoor ride on the Cal-Sag Trail. This ride is meant to be supportive, social, and accessible—no pressure, just movement and community.
