Meet Leslie:
Leslie is a traditional Hatha and Tantra yoga teacher, meditation and dance facilitator, and the founder of All Inclusive Life, a Greensboro based community devoted to conscious movement and self-expression.
She believes that stillness, intentional breathing, and playful, spontaneous yet conscious movement are essential practices for developing emotional intelligence and cognitive clarity and for softening into safety and embodied wisdom.
