"She Breathed" is far more than breathing - exhaling and inhaling. Breath isn't just a background process; it’s the remote control for our nervous system.I wear a smart watch, as many of you do as well, that not only tracks food intake, steps, and stress levels, but also the rhythm of breathing.
Our natural breathing can be obstructed by a number of things which impedes our ability to function properly that effects our very mobility, successfully processing our thoughts, regulating emotions, and expressing our feelings. In the spirit, breathing is about the release of something that has been locked up, which is why we are either birthing or resuscitating women's purposes.
While a Pre-Mother's Day celebration is included in the festivities, we have the responsibility to make certain that each of you in attendance is poured into (resuscitated) or release (give birth).
Join other women like you on Friday, May 8th at 7PM with DrMichelle Waters and Saturday, May 9th at 10:30AM with Pastor Amanda Campbell who, because of life's situations, have not been walking in your purpose.
