She Aligns is an intimate, high-impact workshop for women who have been carrying so much for so long that “pushing through” has become the norm. This experience is designed to help you pause, reset, and reclaim the woman behind the business so you can lead with clarity, ease, and power instead of burnout.Through guided reflection, honest conversation, and embodied practices, you will gently release the stories, roles, and expectations that are no longer serving you. You will walk away with a clearer sense of who you are now, what you really want next, and how to move in alignment with your values.
