Want to understand the different energies you bring into interactions and boost your emotional intelligence?Join us for an engaging workshop that combines improv techniques with self-reflection to deepen self-awareness and strengthen your impact and relationships.
Do only professional actors act? No, we all act, every day, most of the day, but unlike them, we have no professional training and no script!
Life is a revolving improv!
In this workshop, you’ll explore six unique energy states based on Jacques Lecoq method and experience how each level influences your personal impact. Through well tested exercises you’ll 'try out' these energy levels in action, uncover your natural “autopilot” energy, and discover strategies to shift into more effective states for greater impact, connection and well-being.
Get ready for a fun, eye-opening journey into the power of energy and expression.!
Perfect for anyone looking to bring greater awareness, intention and joy into their life!
