Shared Tables bring neighbors from every corner of San Antonio together to share a meal and talk about the issues that shape all our lives. We share more than food—we learn about each other and the complex realities that shape our city. It’s a chance to slow down, listen, and learn what life is like for all our neighbors across neighborhoods and backgrounds. Our hope is that these conversations help us build trust, deepen understanding, and imagine a San Antonio where every neighbor can thrive.

This Shared Table invites us to look at how San Antonio was designed—literally. Through Making San Antonio, we’ll consider how planning decisions, policies, and history shaped our neighborhoods and the divides we still feel today.
