What to expect
Weekly meal prep, made fun. An expert chef plans the meals and buys the ingredients. We cook together for 2 hours. You leave with 3 lunches or dinners, 1 breakfast, 1 snack, a full belly, and a full heart. And the best part is, no dishes!
When you arrive, attendees are divided into groups, and each group makes one meal. Then all the food is divided up to take home, so that everyone gets a variety of items to enjoy throughout the week. Bring your own containers!

- Seared Seasonal Veggies and Gigante Beans with Romesco Sauce
- Mustard Marinated Chicken with Lentils, Delicata Squash, Beets, Apples, and Caramelized onions
- Jerk Salmon or Tofu with creamy corn and peppers in coconut milk

A bit about me
My name is Julia, and I've been cooking professionally since 2011, working at various spots around the neighborhood including Roberta's Pizza. I also ran my own catering company. During the pandemic I went back to school for my masters in public health where I concentrated in nutrition. For now, I'm a one woman band - I'll do all the planning, shopping and prep. Hoping to hire some folks in the near future :)
