Share and Learn Sessions bring together likeminded people managers to discuss employment practice, share any challenges they may be facing and hear how other organisations implement good practice.
During this session we will look at the new regulations on preventing sexual harassment, protecting employees from third party harassment and good practice around creating safe, supportive workplace where everyone can thrive.
We will be delivering this session in partnership with Acas and are delighted to be joined by Helen Houghton (Senior Adviser), and Karen Lester, (Trainer).

Who is this event for?
This is an interactive session aimed at those with people managing roles, HR and those who can effect change within organisations . Attendees will be discussing employment practices so you must be able to talk about your organisation's own policies and processes in detail in order to attend.
Registration will initially be limited to one person per organisation due to the event capacity.
This event is exclusively for employees working at registered and organisations of the Good Employment Charter. (A full list of these organisations is available on our website.)
Waitlist
There will be a waitlist for this event once it reaches capacity. Places often become available so we recommend registering to join the waitlist and we will contact you if a space becomes free.
If you are allocated a place from the waitlist, you must email [email protected] within 3 days to accept your place. If we do not hear from you within this time, we will assume you do not wish to attend and will release your place to another person on the waitlist.
Repeat Event
