Sita Sargeant, the 2026 Young Australian of the Year (ACT) will share her story about how she is working to make history of women accessible, engaging, and inclusive.

Sita is the founder and CEO of She Shapes History, a feminist company making women’s history accessible, engaging and relevant. Through walking tours, digital content, and collaborations with cultural institutions and historic sites, She Shapes History works to close the respect gap created by women’s historical invisibility.

The talk is suitable for all ages. We would love to see history students and teachers attend.
