About this Event
These classes offer an inclusive space for movement, breathwork and meditation for those who are both new and experienced to yoga to depthen their awareness of their body, breath and mind. Whether you are interested in the physical, mental or spiritual benefits of yoga, these classes offer something for everyone.
Classes are made up of simple asana sequences carried out in connection to breath which focus on building up physical strength as well as flexibility, and enhance the quality of our breath, so that by the end of the class we are more able to sit still for a few minutes to observe the movements of our mind.
We place emphasis on the power of our breath throughout in its ability to emphasis our mental state.
There is no pressure physically and adjustements or support e.g., a stool, cushion, bolster are provided.
