About SHAPES:
You know I’m all about storytelling and it’s time to take it to the next level…“Shapes” an all levels lyrical movement class! That classic, deep, fluid, expressive, passionate life-is-so-serious these-are-all-my-feelings in movement poetry. And all the graceful shapes the body makes in the lyrical world to tell that emotional journey of a story.

SHAPES classes are designed for adults 21 years of age and older. All ticket-holders must be at least 21 years old.
