1️⃣9:00 – 10:00 AM → Qi Gong & Tai Chi (gentle energy work + flowing movements) 🌿🧘♂️
2️⃣10:00 – 11:00 AM → Children’s Kung Fu (fun, discipline & confidence for kids) 👦👧⚡
3️⃣11:00 AM – 12:00 PM → Adults Kung Fu Training (powerful Shaolin techniques, conditioning & forms) 🔥🥋
Whether you want calm energy, playful movement for your kids, or serious martial arts training, there’s something for the whole family!
