Meg Mitchell Moore worked as a copyeditor, editor, and writer for nonfiction publications before turning to fiction, and has now authored ten novels, including her latest, Down With the Shipmans. A delicious summer read that explores the enduring power of family and sister connections, Down with the Shipmans is a humorous, heartfelt reminder that home is not a place, but the people who love you, no matter how imperfectly.

Born in Rhode Island, Shannon Garvey now lives on the New Hampshire coastline, and received her MFA from the University of New Hampshire where she taught undergraduate classes. Shorter work of hers has been published by Shannon is the author of the debut novel June Baby - both a heartfelt coming-of-age story and a tender exploration of love and grief, set against a backdrop of golden dunes and seaside sunsets, June Baby shows us what it might look like to embrace a life shaped not by loss, but by possibility.
