We warmly welcome you to join us for a deeply restorative sound bath experience within the beautiful space of Shambala. This is a calm, welcoming and peaceful venue, the perfect environment to relax, reset and journey inwards.

Allow yourself to be immersed in the healing vibrations of gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and Native American flute. These sacred instruments have been used for thousands of years to support deep physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.

Simply lie comfortably and allow the sound waves to wash through your body and energy field. As you enter a deep meditative, dream-like state, the nervous system can soften, allowing the body to rest, restore and naturally rebalance.

Each person's experience is unique. Our body, mind and spirit hold the energetic imprint of our life experiences, so you may notice different sensations, emotions or insights arising throughout the journey.

Sound baths can be deeply transformational, as vibration resonates through every cell of our being.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for extra support. (There are some available)

An eye mask is also recommended if you have one.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time. Entry after the session begins is not permitted, in order to protect the quiet space for all participants.

PLEASE NOTE: there is parking available on the streets surrounding Shambala or at Buxton Road car park, 2 minutes walk away. The car park at the rear of our building is only for occupants and local residents.
