Welcome sovereign souls 💜 Our next event is a special collaboration with Darren Greene and a longer Sound Journey allowing for a deeper experience.
Join us on Sunday 24th November, 6pm - 9pm for a transformational and invigorating Shamanic Sound Journey.
Bathe in 2 hours of immersive sound, deep meditation, soulful journeying, expanding your awareness on the deeper aspects of yourself. Allowing time and space to breathe, to feel, to surrender, and to just be.
Be held in the vast spectrum of Shamanic Sound frequencies where Yolanda, Joey & Darren will be co-creating elemental soundscapes in the ceremonial space. Leading with love and reverence for Sound and our beautiful earth, Pachamama, and her bounty.
Intuitive soul singing and mantras, beats from medicine drums, echoes of the invoking didgeridoo... you can expect to hear a plethora of indigenous instruments, including chakapa, rattles, kalimba, steel tongue drums, rainstick, double wind wand, bull roarer, thunder tube, singing bowls, wave drum, kochi chimes and more.
*TIMINGS:*
You will have 30 minutes from the doors opening at 6pm where you will be welcomed into the space, sage smoke smudged, you can purchase and drink an elixir, draw oracle cards from the altar and/or simply relax and wind down.
The Sound Journey will start at 6:30pm and will continue until 8:30pm. Once the Sound Journey has finished, we will open up a sharing and integration circle if you wish to share your experience in circle with others. You can take your time to ground yourself back into the space afterwards.
*FOOD:*
On this occasion we will also be offering homemade organic vegetable dahl at the end of the journey which will be £3 for a cup. Please pre-order your cup.
*ELIXIRS:*
Lovingly prepared medicinal plant powered elixirs will be served and available to purchase before the journey, to help to deepen your experience and connect to your heart space and assist with lucid dreaming...

*VENUE:*
The Let It Be healing centre is a beautiful, inspiring, relaxing and clean environment. The colourful UV painted artwork in the studio illuminates. The symbology and ancient codes in the artwork enhance the energy of the room. There's a bathroom available in the building.
*CAUTIONS:*
Anyone who is pregnant, has a pacemaker or has sound induced epilepsy is advised to not partake in Sound Baths.
