Step into a sacred space of release, renewal, and deep connection during this Shamanic Sound Bath. This is a potent time to close chapters, let go of what no longer serves you, and invite new beginnings.
We will open the ceremony with a cleansing ritual using Copal smoke and Florida water, calling in purification, protection, and grounding. Through energetic exercises, we will release stagnant energies and prepare the body, mind, and spirit for transformation.
A guided meditation will help anchor you in presence and open the heart, followed by 1 hour and 20 minutes of immersive sound healing. The soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, rain stick, and gong will carry you into a deep state of relaxation, helping to clear energetic blockages, restore harmony, and awaken inner clarity.
Together, we align with the rhythms of the cosmos—using sound, intention, and ceremony to support release, healing, and renewal.
