Drumming is a wonderful way to connect with our inner self. Even more powerful is working within a circle with others. There is considerable scientific evidence in the health benefits to belonging to a regular drumming circle. My regular Drumming Circle also gives positive messages to the person they are drumming for. We drum in two circles of drumming the first for your heart chakra. The second circle is for health and healing. We then do a group drum for a chanelled need. Try it and feel the power of the drum and Sacred Circle.
