Let go of the mundane, let go of what no longer serves you. The intention of the meditation is set and the guides have cleared their schedules to let shift begin. This meditation is led by Jorgen, a long time practitioner and instructor of meditation and sacred spaces who utilize these sounds the old ways to induce the vibrations, and frequencies and clear the background of experiences, providing a new canvas in sacred spaces and clearing. Step back in time to experience the ancient sounds and traditions with the addition of the scents of sacred plant infused with healing energies to help guide you through your process.
