Join me on a journey to the Otherworld to seek the aid of our spirit helpers to beneficially affect our everyday life by improving our physical, mental, and emotional health through shamanic journey work.Bring an open heart and an open mind so that we can work together for our highest good. You will want to wear comfortable clothing. A yoga mat and blankets will be provided, but you are welcome to bring a sleeping bag/blanket, cushion/pillow for your extra support and comfort. When you arrive, you will be cleansed, blessed and anointed. We will the open the way to the Other realm. As a group we will set the intention for the work through visionary ritual and then we will go on our journey to the Otherworld. Once we return there will be some open time to share your experience or to ask any questions that you may have.
