About this Event

Upper Merion Township's annual Holiday Village event is scheduled for Saturday, December 6th, 2025 from Noon until 3PM in the Township Building Park and Back Lot. The event is free to the public, dog-friendly, and family-friendly! The event will include a variety of craft vendors, a gingerbread house display and contest, live performances, s'mores by a fire, a caricaturist, food vendors, a wine garden, a visit from a special guest (hint: they love cookies and milk!), and much more! This will be a great Holiday shopping event and family celebrations!

Holiday Village Vendor Information

Early Application (E) Deadline October 6th, 2025 | Regular Application (R) Deadline November 11th, 2025

The application includes the following categories: Crafter (handmade items only), Small Artisan/ Small Business, Food Artisan (pre-packaged foods), Non-Profit/Community orgs, or Promotional vendors.

Note; we prioritize crafters and businesses selling merchandise onsite as well as to community organizations and non-profits. Additionally, for food vendors; the "Vendor Application" linked below applies to food artisans such as baked goods and small pre-packaged products. Decorate your gingerbread house! Register for the contest! Then drop off your house inside the UM Township Building on Friday, December 5th between 8:30AM and 5PM on the lower level in the designated area by the staircase, or bring your house to the event on Saturday, December 6th between 6:00AM and 11:00AM. Houses will be on display (for voting) from 12PM to 2:30PM at the Holiday Village event on December 5th. Voting will close at 2:30PM and winners will be announced at 2:45PM at the event and awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes! Winner(s) will be contacted via email if not present at the time of announcement.
